How to order

FAQ

Q1: Can I have a sample order?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order for customer to test and check quality fist. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: Sample needs 3-5 days/ Mass production needs 15-20 days depands on the order quantity.
Q3: Is it OK for us to visit your factory?
A3: Of course. Every customers are always warm welcome to visit both our factories. We are located in Zhongshan city,
which is near Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hongkong and Macao. We could also provide a driving to pick you up from the near
cities for your convenient.
Q4: If I have some failed product, how to deal with it?
A4: Our products are very stable quality and strictly tested during producting. However, we can not totally avoid this rarely
situation maybe caused by the long distance transportation. If does happen, you need to send us  details of failed product,
including your received package condition, using condition, working condition, better with pictures. once we confirmed the
quality failed is caused by our side, we will send you replacement within your next shipment.
Q5: Is it OK to print my LOGO on the product?
A5: Yes, all you need is to inform us your LOGO information and printing location before production.
